Alex also serves as a first responder with the Dover Police and Fire Departments in Dover, Tennessee, bringing his technical and investigative experience into the public safety environment. Throughout his career, he has supported complex investigations, including efforts involving online exploitation and human trafficking, while providing actionable intelligence to law enforcement.

She earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from King University in Bristol, Tennessee, in 2019 and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Homeland Security from the University of Tennessee Southern, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026.

Dwyer is a Field Intelligence Analyst II with the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB), bringing more than 35 years of analytical experience supporting investigations involving insurance fraud and criminal activity. Since beginning her career with NICB in 1991, she has developed extensive expertise in tactical analysis, link charting, timeline development, investigative research, and complex multi-jurisdictional cases. Kristie supports NICB Special Agents and law enforcement partners by identifying criminal patterns and developing actionable intelligence to strengthen investigations and enforcement efforts. She also mentors analysts and provides instruction on analytical tools and industry topics.

Her work has supported investigations involving special victims, juveniles, missing persons, violent crime, gangs, narcotics, vice, and special operations. She previously served as Hamilton County’s Senior Data Analyst, where she developed “Hamilton Counted,” the county’s first public report on opioid trends. Jen holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in Communications and Spanish from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and has held leadership and membership roles with TALEA, the FBI Citizens Academy Chattanooga Chapter, IALEIA, IACA, and NACA.
